We want you to love your gear! Because every item at AP Designs Co. is custom printed just for you when you order, we do not offer standard refunds, size exchanges, or returns if you change your mind.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

• Do not mail the item back to us.

• Send a clear photo of the issue to our support team within 30 days of delivery.

• Once verified, we will have a brand-new replacement printed and shipped to you completely free of charge. You get to keep the original item!
